Timetables
Description
Timetable defines a period when the vehicle journey is effective. A timetable can contain one or several periods (example: from 1st to 15th January, then from 1st to 15th February), and inevitably one or several days of application (example: all fridays, saturdays, sundays).
Consult the Timetables
You can access to timetables from the “Data set”.
For each timetable, ID, Associated colour, Name, Global validity period, Number of associated vehicle journeys, Period day types, Calendar, Date of update, are displayed.
The timetables can be filtered by :
name
tag
global validity period
Managing Timetables
For each timetable the star wheel allows to launch the accessible actions (see, edit, actualize, combine, clone, destroy).
To create a new timetable, you click on “Add”, fill in the necessary information and set the the calendar, defining the days of application.
You can also choose a color to be associated with your timetable.
Once your timetable is created, you can combine it with a calendar template or another timetable from the list.
Calendar templates
Calendar template is used to define, before transport offer creation, a calendar that can be used as a model to make an application calendar.
Each calendar template can be shared between several organizations.
You can see the calendar templates created by your organization in “Workbench”-“Calendar templates”.
For each calendar template, Name, Organization, Shared, are displayed.
Calendar templates can be filtered by :
name
shared (yes/non)
date
For each calendar template the star wheel allows to launch the accessible actions (see, edit, destroy).
To create a new calendar template, you click on “Add”, fill in the necessary information and set the calendar, defining the days of application.
Once the model is created, you click on the "Edit" button to configure your calendar model, defining the days of application, in the same way as the timetables.
