Confirmation of workgroup participation with a code
The user with the permissions can add a new workbench for an organization within their Workgroup.
Creating a workbench
To create a new workbench, go to the settings of your Workgroup.
You have to click on the button "Add a workbench" and give a name to your new workbench.
After validation, a confirmation code of the workbench is generated. You can share this code with another organization so that they can join your workbench.
Registering with a confirmation code
When registering a new organization in Chouette, the user can inputting a confirmation code to join a Workgroup.
In the "Working Group Confirmation Code" field, you must enter the code generated by the organization that owns the Workgroup you want to join.
Accepting the invitation to create a workbench
It is possible for an organization to accept an invitation to join a workbench. To do so, you have to click on the button "Confirm a workgroup participation" and fill in the code given by the owner of the workgroup you want to join.

After validation, you now have 2 Workgroups in the main menu. The one you belong to and the one you have just joined by confirmation code. Each workgroup is independent and contains its own workbenches, its own referentials, with the respective organizations.
