Aggregation and Publication

Publication of the offer

To share all your data in GTFS or Netex format with your partners in public, use the "Publication" function.

Let's create, for example, a GTFS publication that, once set up, will share your data automatically via an API.

First, we create an API, which will be the destination for your publication.

Then, we create a GTFS publication, which is public, specifying that this publication must export the data of the next 30 days' full offer.

The publication is enabled. Now, each time your offer is aggregated, an update of your publication will be executed automatically.

On your API page, there is an URL that allows access to the available resources containing the published data.

Automatic aggregation

Aggregation is used to group all the offers into a single file that can be used by external partners, transport operators, or others.

If you want your offer to be updated daily at a specific time, in the "Aggregation Settings" menu you can activate the automatic aggregation, specifying the time, the days of application and other parameters.

If you want to update your data without waiting for the automatic aggregation, you can manually aggregate the offer whenever you want.

Manual aggregation

If some changes have been made in your line or stop referential, launching a manual aggregation allows you to take into account the latest changes in the referential.

The manual aggregation is accessible in the "Workgroup offers" menu section then “Aggregate data sets” button.

All the offers of the different workbenches that will be grouped during the aggregation are displayed in the "Workbench" list.

Rollback on an aggregation

To cancel the aggregation that is already executed, there is a rollback function available in the list of actions on previous aggregations. Just click on the gear of one of the previous aggregations and click on "Rollback".

This manipulation allows you to cancel unwanted aggregations.
