Description

Journey pattern is an organised series of stop areas belonging to a single route. In other words, a journey pattern provides the list of stop areas served on a route.

Consult the Journey patterns

You can see the journey patterns of a chosen route from the route page.

Managing Journey patterns

To create a new journey pattern you click on “Edit”, then “+” down the page and you fill in all the necessary informations.

Once the journey pattern is created you choose the concerned stop areas and you fill in the data for distance and travel time between 2 stop areas of journey pattern. These values can be used to calculate automatically the passage times for example.

For each journey pattern the star wheel allows to launch the accessible actions (see, vehicle journey at stops, destroy).
